I had an extremely good time drawing this one. I also may have gone a little overboard. Lol. I just love these three a lot. If you're not reading Red Hood and the Outlaws, you're seriously missing out.
I'm not completely familiar with Red Hood since I haven't read the DC comics or watched any shows with Jason Todd in them, but your designs look cool. I do wonder if Starfire's outfit is even physically possible though. How does that even stay on while she's fighting? Spirit gum?And does Roy (is his codename Arsenal or Red Arrow here?) wear that hat for sentimental reasons? It doesn't seem to go with the rest of his outfit's coloring.
Also, this is the first time I've seen a design of Red Hood with a bat insignia on his costume. The color scheme reminds me of the Batsuit from Batman Beyond. It's ironic because I was actually considering this plot idea for a fanfic where Terry McGinnis goes back in time (though in an alternate universe) and creates the identity of Red Hood to avoid drawing people's attention to his time traveling with the presence of two Batmen.
They don't say in the comics how her outfit stays in place. I assume since she's pure energy, it's like a magnetic thing. It's Arsenal here. He only ever uses "Red Arrow" briefly in the pre-reboot, and in the cartoon series, Young Justice. I don't know why people don't like the hat. It shows off his rebel rebel, must-not-conform-to-the-superhero-standard-look attitude. Basically, it sets him apart from others, which I think is cool.
